Men's Wellbeing Walks
Men's mental health, well-being and spiritual growth are something very close to me, having suffered with drug addiction, depression, a nervous breakdown and narcissistic relationships while trying to figure out this thing called life.

Walking was what helped me to change my life while unable to speak to anyone about how I really felt, or what was really going on with me, behind what ever face I was managing to put on.
​
Since leaving my addictions behind in 2014 I have had many amazing experiences and feel that now is the time for me to get men together, to walk together, to create space to share the good and the bad, or just to share a laugh.
